How to Get to Alghero

By Plane and Ferry

Alghero-Fertilia Airport is located just 10 km from the city centre, while the nearest port is Porto Torres, approximately 40 km away. Car rental, taxi, and private transfer (NCC) services are available, making travel from both the airport and the port convenient and hassle-free.

Alghero is also well-connected by the ARST bus service. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket machine located in the arrivals area of the airport. The bus route includes stops in Alghero’s main areas, including key points of interest such as the historic centre and the train station.

Le Bombarde

About 10 km north of the city centre, Bombarde Beach is one of Sardinia’s most famous and captivating spots.
