Description

Upon arrival, your guide will escort you to your table in the tasting room. Your table will already be set with 5 different glasses and a tray with your appetizers to pair with the wines during the guided tasting. Your guide will begin by sharing information about the winery’s history, terroir and culture, followed by the guided tasting of each wine. You will learn about the variety of grapes, aroma, taste, and recommended pairings for each wine. The experience concludes with a tasting of a premium extra virgin olive oil prepared using traditional cold-pressing techniques and served with traditional bread. At the end you will have the opportunity to buy some of the products you tasted to take home with you. After the tasting, you can take a nice walk through the vineyard to take some photos.
